Five faction channels relay the same judicial summonses in minutes

WHAT HAPPENED

Between 08:50 and 09:31 on 13 August, five channels across four tracked actors carried two judicial items in near-identical wording: summons orders against the deputy head of the Diwaniyah Provincial Council and the head of its services committee over corruption allegations, and a summons for the director of the Samawah combined-cycle power plant "Inka" over pollution of the Atshan river with petroleum derivatives in Muthanna. Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) moved first on the Diwaniyah item, followed by Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official) and Watan TV (Badr Organization — affiliated); Shabab al-Islam (Ashab al-Kahf — owned, non-official), Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) and Al-Nujaba TV carried the pollution summons. No channel added a faction comment, demand or naming of a political beneficiary.
