On the morning of 17 August 2026, Kataib Hezbollah's own channels ran two strands of financial accusation against Iraqi state bodies. Unit 10,000 and then Al-Ittijah TV carried Huquq bloc MP Hussein al-Darraji listing what he called new corruption files covering Basra gas, Southern Gas, iron and steel, southern fertilizers and the state oil-pipeline company. Within the following twenty minutes Sabereen News reported that the Financial Supervision authority had uncovered 1.4 billion dinars of waste in a Najaf Governorate Council crushers contract. Both rest on KH-linked channels only; no other tracked network in the window carried either item.
