The channel does not reproduce al-Khanjar's statement, does not describe the Saudi action referred to, and names no other party. No other tracked actor is observed addressing al-Fatlawi's remarks or al-Khanjar's statement in the collected material, and there is no outside coverage of the underlying Saudi action in hand. The rung is preponderance: what al-Ahad TV broadcast is established, while the substance of the dispute rests on a single channel's paraphrase of its own guest.
