Between 22:58 and 23:25 on 10 August, Al-Ahad TV published three items from its #قبل_الغد programme quoting Kirkuk Governor and State Administration Coalition member Muhammad Samaan saying Qais al-Khazali began the phase of political agreement in Kirkuk and was its guarantor. The quotation is the governor's, carried on AAH's channel; the underlying agreement is not described in the posts. No other collected channel and no outside coverage carries the claim, so it stands on AAH's own broadcast.
