No other tracked channel in the collected window mentioned the law, including Al-Ghadeer TV and Watan TV (Badr Organization), Al-Ittijah TV (KH), iNEWS and Al-Kornet al-Kata'ibi (KSS), and Al-Janoub TV (Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina). The official channels of the PMF's own senior figure, Abu Fadak al-Muhammadawi, and of Kataib al-Imam Ali published nothing in this window.
Whoever is seen to deliver statutory pensions and service terms to hundreds of thousands of PMF personnel accrues a durable patronage claim over that constituency, which is why the credit-claiming matters as much as the legislation.
