KH channel demands PMF wounded be paid like army wounded

At 12:46 UTC on 11 August, Unit 10,000 (KH — affiliated) relayed a Defence Ministry notice that the Finance Ministry had approved release of salaries for army wounded-affairs contractors, and appended its own line congratulating "the heroes of the army" while saying it awaits approval to disburse the entitlements of wounded Popular Mobilization fighters. The relay of the ministry notice is state material; the appended demand is the channel's own addition, and is the only faction voice on it in the collected window.
