It states that the Commission's presidency has ordered an investigation into the officials there to establish the circumstances of the failure and assign responsibility. The unit-blame passage and the investigation order were carried by Asaib Ahl al-Haq's official channel, Shabab al-Islam, iNEWS, Al-Ghadeer TV and Al-Nujaba TV; nothing in the collected material offers a competing account of the unit's conduct.
