In two posts a minute apart, Al-Ahad TV's "Siyasi al-Ab'ad" programme carried Saad al-Khazali describing Diwaniyah's condition, saying matters had reached the point of a school gate being rented to chicken shops, and that the municipality, its cleanup campaigns and its machinery all came out only because word spread that al-Zaidi would arrive.
