On 28 September, Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) reported Hadi al-Amiri, Badr Organization’s secretary-general, received Oil Minister Bassem Mohammed Khudair al-Abadi in Baghdad. It said they discussed production, export continuity, state revenue, oil fields, facilities and infrastructure projects. Al-Ghadeer TV attributed no contract, appointment or export decision to the meeting.
