On 16 September, Sabereen News (KH — affiliated) quoted Badr MP Abdallah al-Khaikani challenging MP Maha al-Alwani to open files involving Noor Zuhair, the tax director-general, the Ministries of Industry and Planning, the Reconstruction Fund for Liberated Areas and oil refineries. Al-Khaikani alleged that Taqaddum controlled all the named portfolios and files.
