Badr operations commander Abu Montazer al-Mohammadi called martyred – Baa Platform

WHAT HAPPENED

On 8 September, Baa Platform (Badr Organization — official) described Badr’s Syria-and-Iraq operations commander, Abu Montazer al-Mohammadi, as a martyr. It attributed to an unnamed trusted source an account that Qasem Soleimani said his back had been broken and compared the loss with that of Imad Mughniyeh, but gave no date or circumstances for al-Mohammadi’s death.

When news of the martyrdom of Badr’s Syria-and-Iraq operations commander, Hajj Commander Abu Montazer al-Mohammadi, reached the martyr Hajj Qasem Soleimani, he said: “Today my back was broken… today the pain of losing Hajj Imad Mughniyeh was repeated.”
